Job description:

• BMS Monitoring & Reporting.
• Process Access & Material Movement requests
• Operate and Maintain the installed equipment and EM systems such as generators, UPS’s, DC power systems, Fire alarm, Fire Fighting, Access Control, CCTV, BMS, Air Conditioning, etc.
• Inspects and supervise all PM and CM activities including maintains, and repairs HVAC, Power Generation, Low-Voltage Electrical Switchgear, and UPS systems.
• Evaluates all maintenance request forms, sets priorities, and process work assignments.
• Maintains documentation for all malfunctions, repairs, maintenance, or changes to systems and/or equipment.
• Lead and supervise the periodic preventive maintenance operations.
• Monitor remotely and physically the environment of the EM systems and equipment and make sure it is as per the normal set levels and escalate complex issues and problems to the line manager
• Prepare Reports and submit recommendations as required.
• Report any incident of damage with detailed root cause analysis investigation.
• Check the customer material as per DC standard and update the records accordingly.
• Respond to the customer emails with prompt reply.
• Perform routine rounds of the entire data center for any abnormalities.
• Shall be available 24x7x365, on call (if required)
• Attending the shift duty according to the duty roaster 24×7.
• Accountable for – Incident management process, Maintenance process, Escalation process, Change management process -Infrastructure.
