Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Petroleum Engineering, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, machinery, and maintenance procedures.
• Oversee the activities of the shift team, ensuring all tasks are carried out efficiently and safely.
• Provide guidance and support to team members, including training and performance management.
• Coordinate with other shift leaders and departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Monitor and optimize the performance of machinery and equipment.
