SharePoint Developer for Abu Dhabi

• SharePoint Developer should be able to create customized SharePoint solutions for AGT and be responsible for configuring and customizing SharePoint systems according to AGT specifications, building scalable web applications, writing and modifying code, debugging software, and training staff.
• To ensure success as a SharePoint Developer, he/she should have extensive knowledge of SharePoint and Office 365 / SharePoint Online Development Experience, proficiency with front-end programming languages, and the ability to solve complex software issues.
• Additionally he/she should be able to create clean, scalable SharePoint websites that meet all company design and functionality requirements.

Responsibilities

• Meeting with the design team to review website and application requirements.
• Translates loosely defined requirements into solutions
• Uses coding languages or scripting methodologies to solve a problem with a custom workflow.
• Collaborates with others on the project to brainstorm about the best way to tackle a complex technological infrastructure, security, or development problem.
• Performs incremental testing actions on code, processes, and deployments to identify ways to streamline execution and minimize errors encountered.
• Responsible for developing and building IT solutions, DevOps Engineers install and configure solutions, implement reusable components, translate technical requirements, assist with all stages of test data, develop interface stubs and simulators and perform script maintenance and updates.
• Experience of using Bootstrap (or responsive design equivalent)
• Developing new web components using XML, .NET, SQL, and C#.
• Designing, coding, and implementing scalable applications.
• Extending SharePoint functionality with forms, web parts, and application technologies.
• Testing and debugging code.
• Reviewing website interface and software stability.
• Troubleshooting software issues.
• Maintaining and updating SharePoint applications.
