Hiring for Service desk consultant in
Abu Dhabi Region. (Only locally available in UAE).
Notice period: only immediate joiners.
- To provide support in operations in the domain of Service Desk Support.
- Experience in ITSM Tools (Micro focus)
- Managing incident, request, problem & IMAC
- Support the following technologies: Windows 7/8, Mac Pro, MS Office, Laptops & Desktops, Printers, Basic LAN/WAN connectivity
- Experience in Active Directory, Shared Folder Management, Mailbox Management, User Account Management
- Receive Help desk calls & Log tickets for all requests/incidents raised over calls
- Responsible for Incident Handling, Service Requests and Escalation Management.
- Professional and proactive approach in resolving End User issues
- Update tickets based on the calls & Escalate tickets to respective teams
- Engage Central Support Team for any tickets that requires troubleshooting or extended support
- Should be an active Team Player across various IT domains
- ITIL V3 Foundation Certified (Preferred)
