Service Desk Analyst- Dubai
- Experience in Network Management System. Preferred MangeEngine or SolarWinds or any other Network Management System
- Basic troubleshooting skills of #Routing and #Switching, #Security, Wi-Fi, Collab, Hyperflex,} Veeam, #VMware, #Microsoft.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Good understanding of #ITIL process. ITIL Certification preferred.
