Hiring Service Center In Charge

Location: UAE

Experience: 2 to 4 years in Tyres Industry

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations and workflow of the service center.
• Lead, train, and supervise a team of Tyre technicians.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
• Maintain inventory levels by coordinating with suppliers and vendors.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess and improve service center performance.
