Job description

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team. The Service Advisor will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing advice on necessary vehicle repairs and maintenance, preparing job cards, and ensuring high-quality customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and identify their service needs.
• Prepare detailed job cards and repair orders for the workshop team.
• Advise customers on necessary repairs and maintenance, offering service recommendations based on inspection reports.
• Communicate clearly between customers and technicians regarding service status and requirements.
• Provide accurate estimates of service and repair costs and obtain customer approvals.
• Follow up with customers during and after service to ensure satisfaction.
• Ensure the smooth flow of work between customers and the workshop.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Maintain service records and prepare regular reports for management.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Certificate in Automotive Technology or relevant field preferred.
• Minimum 2–5 years of proven experience as a Service Advisor in a garage, dealership, or service center.
• Strong technical understanding of vehicle systems (mechanical, electrical, air conditioning, etc.).
• Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to use workshop management systems (WMS) or CRM software.
• Strong upselling skills for additional repairs and preventive maintenance services.
• Valid UAE Driving License (preferred but not mandatory).
• Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus).
• Preference will be given if previously worked in famous well known automotive workshops in UAE
• Knowledge of multiple brands (Japanese, European, American, and Chinese vehicles).
• Familiarity with diagnostic reports and service estimation.
• Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks.
• Team player with a proactive and professional attitude.
