We are looking for a passionate and creative Digital Marketing Executive to join our team in Dubai.

Job Title: SEO & Digital Marketing Executive

Salary range: Up to AED 4.5K

Location: Dubai

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies: Create and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives, targeting specific audiences across multiple channels and for our varied business units.

Social Media Marketing:

  • Manage social media presence across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
  • Run paid social media campaigns, analyze performance, and optimize for ROI.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

  • Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for improved search engine rankings.
  • Track and analyze SEO performance, making data-driven adjustments to strategies.

Search Engine Marketing (SEM):

  • Manage paid search campaigns on Google Ads and other platforms.
  • Conduct A/B testing to optimize ad copy and landing pages for conversions.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and adjust bids and budgets accordingly.

Email Marketing:

  • Create and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.
  • Segment email lists and personalize content for improved engagement.
  • Analyze email campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments.

Content Marketing:

  • Collaborate with the content team to create high-quality, engaging content (blog posts, articles, infographics, etc.) that attracts and converts target audiences.
  • Promote content across various digital channels to maximize reach and impact.

Website Analytics and Reporting:

  • Track and analyze website traffic, user behavior, and conversion rates using Google Analytics and other tools.
  • Generate regular reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of proven experience in a digital marketing role.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools).
