Description:

Finesse Global hiring Senior Techno Functional Consultant HCM – Payroll

• Proven experience in managing HCM implementation projects and initiatives, preferably in a similar role as a support consultant for Payroll or a related position.
• Experience with integrating diverse systems, applications, and technologies within complex IT environments.
• Knowledge of industry-specific integration challenges, standards, and regulations, if applicable.
• Experience in designing, configuring, implementing, and supporting Fusion Payroll suite and related modules, including Core HR, Absences, Compensation, Time & Labor. Knowledge of and Oracle ERP R12 Payroll is preferred.
• Expert in Payroll business process area for core engine and typical integrations with banks and other applications
• Proven experience implementing one or more of the following modules: Payroll is mandatory. One or more additional modules such as Absence, Fast formulas, Benefits, Time & Labor, Core HCM are preferred.
• Excellent experience with Oracle Fusion/EBS HCM Payroll Application Configuration
• Excellent competency in Oracle Payroll Tuning/Payroll System Health Check etc.
• Experience in creating Test cases, Conducting Parallel Tests, and Production Support (SR Management, Patch coordination, Ticket resolution, Unit/Integration testing etc.).
