Hiring Senior Technical Architect
Dubai, United Arab Emirates (On-site)
Candidate roles and responsibility will start from developing the approved concept design, right through to issuing tender documents.
Candidate must examine the concept design in more detail, provide a safe, code-compliant building, and liaise with sub-consultants, specialists, suppliers, and all stakeholders. Must be involved in all the Architectural drawings and documents production and can manage the drawings production team.
Must be at a senior level with a minimum of 15 years of hands-on experience in UAE, acting as a Project Manager to keep the project on schedule and on budget during the design phase, and as a Project Architect resolving all technical issues, during the design and construction phases.
Must be involved in project documentation & specifications and can continue to be part of the construction management team.
