Competent IT professional offering nearly 10 years of rich & extensive experience in Systems Administration, Data Center Management, Virtualization, IT Infrastructure Management and Technological Vision
Possess strong practical Windows, VMware and Linux-Based Systems Administration skills in a Virtualized environment; competent in building & defining effective business solutions (VMware and Hyper-V) as per the customer needs, with an aim to improve customer contentment and consequently increase customer reliability
Proficient in streamlining systems with skills to enhance IT infrastructure operational effectiveness; led efforts in leading management of virtual infrastructure implementation operations with a clustered vSphere and Hyper-V environment
Spearheaded complex projects including Virtual Infrastructure Implementation, Data Center Implementation, VMware Cluster Design & Implementation, SAN Configuration & Implementation and so on
Technical Manager: Expertise in performing maintenance, backups and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configuration issues raised by clients
Successfully managed O365 Exchange administration, user management, creation, spam filtering, content search & deletion, distribution list creation
