Description:

Hiring Senior Supervisor HVAC

• Manage manpower scheduling, distribution, orientation, and site supervisions
• Evaluate HAVC equipment and systems performance and take necessary actions.
• Conduct general building inspections to ensure quality and sites readiness
• Analyse technician’s performance and provide reports to superiors.
• Schedule and execute PPM, reactive and corrective tasks.
• Lead installation and commissioning of new major equipment and systems.
• Analyse, troubleshoot, diagnose, repair to equipment and systems.
• Verify, set, calibrate, and adjust equipment and systems’ parameters.
• Plan repairs, overhaul of equipment and systems.
• Manage inventory of tools, machineries, spare parts and consumables. Ensure client complaints are resolved properly.
• Conducts technician training programs to improve competencies.
• Approve, coordinate and follows up modifications / upgrading
• Estimations and pricings
• End to end supervision
• Sig off completion certificates/invoices
• Coordinate and follow up with Leasing/OA/ Projects.
• Plan, follows up, a Special assignments as needed 

Qualification and Experience:

• 3 years Polytechnic Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• 8-10 years UAE Experience in General Building Maintenance/ Facilities Management
• Construction background of 2-3 years is an added benefit
• Computer literate
• D/L UAE
