Senior Student Recruitment Counselor (Sales Role)

Requirement:

Minimum 3-5 years of full time UAE work experience only from Education industry

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Ensure complete closure of leads by calling
• Calling the leads and converting them into application
• Prepare relevant reports about the activities undertaken
• Receive new applications, follow up to complete the application, review them, make initial decisions, send to faculty for evaluation, and finally reply to applicants accordingly
• Assist the student with the admission process
• Providing counseling services to prospects in-person, email & on the telephone, and responding to queries regarding program structure, duration, costs, specializations to take, etc.
• Creating and maintaining the agent handbook
• Coordinating various on / off campus student recruitment events
• Ensuring a high level of responsiveness and customer service throughout the enrolment process
