We’re Hiring: Senior Site Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage construction site operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution of project phases.
• Monitor daily operations on-site, manage resources, and ensure safety regulations are followed.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with design specifications and local regulations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve site issues to maintain project momentum.

 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a senior site engineer role.
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
