Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Present and market security products, services, and solutions to both existing and prospective customers.
- Serve as the primary liaison for all sales-related inquiries, ensuring that client needs are addressed promptly and effectively.
- Prepare and submit regular status reports detailing sales activities, progress towards goals, and follow-up actions.
- Communicate product enhancements, feedback, and valuable customer insights to relevant internal teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments such as technical support and logistics to achieve account performance objectives.
- Represent the company at industry events, including seminars and trade shows, to enhance our market presence.
- Develop strategic action plans and schedules to identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
- Conduct regular assessments of customer requirements to ensure ongoing satisfaction and engagement.
- Create and deliver impactful sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Manage escalation of high-severity issues while providing assistance as needed.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through continuous follow-up and quality assurance checks.
- Foster long-standing, trusted advisor relationships with clients and follow up on sales leads to stimulate business growth.
- Stay abreast of product knowledge to effectively promote our solutions.
Required Skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in understanding surveillance technologies, IP cameras, DVRs, and related equipment.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills to navigate sales challenges creatively.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
- Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and MS Project.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related discipline, or 3-5 years of relevant sales experience.
- A minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the CCTV or security systems sector.
- Willingness to travel 50%-75% of the time as required.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license with a strong driving record.

Compensation and Benefits
The On-Target Earnings (Base + Commission + Quarterly Bonus) for this position range from \(106,000.00 to \)160,000.00, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
