We are looking for Senior Sales Executives.
We are seeking 2-3 highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as Senior Sales Executives. The ideal candidates will be responsible for building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline. You will do so by identifying key business opportunities and segmented prospects in the UAE and pan-MENA markets. Your goal will be to meet or exceed our annual quota and increase our revenue.
Responsibilities
- Manage existing customer portfolio while developing new clientele (B2B Chemicals Sales) to support market expansion.
- Align sales & marketing strategies with Sales Operations and formulate, fine-tune, and implement sales & marketing programs to address region-specific requirements.
- Build pipeline and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Identify new business opportunities to generate revenues.
- Leverage sales tools and resources to identify new sales leads and nurture prospect relationships
- Define and deploy pricing policy and product strategy to maintain the competitive edge of the business.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Over 5 years of experience in chemical sales/trading, or at least 2 years in detergent or personal care chemicals sales/trading.
- Sound knowledge in B2B account management, marketing communication, pricing & negotiation, and business development in different regional markets.
- Strong leadership and people management skills to lead the team in exceeding targets.
- Business acumen, proactive, self-resourceful, and result-driven.
- Frequent business travel to customers and potential customers across UAE, GCC, and occasionally to other MENA regions is required.
Compensation and Benefits:
Basic salary: 8,000 – 11,000 AED + 10% commission from the net profit generated from your sales.
