Location: City Centre Al Zahia, Sharjah (with potential shifts to DIFC Mall, Dubai)

We are expanding our team and looking for Retail Sales Associates and Senior Sales Associates to represent our brand at our City Centre Al Zahia store in Sharjah!
Open Positions (Immediate Hiring Only!):
- Retail Sales Associate
- Senior Sales Associate (Experienced candidates preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Assist and guide customers to enhance their shopping experience.
- Sales & Product Knowledge: Use sales techniques to meet and exceed targets.
- Store Upkeep: Maintain a visually appealing and organized store.
- Inventory & Transactions: Stock management, cash handling, and smooth sales operations.
Qualifications:
- Retail Sales Associate: 1+ years of experience in fashion retail preferred.
- Senior Sales Associate: 3+ years of experience in fashion retail with leadership skills.
- Excellent communication & customer service skills.
- Sales-driven mindset with strong conversion techniques.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and different store locations.
- Must be available to join immediately!
