We Are Hiring Senior Recruitment Consultant (Commission Only)-Dubai, UAE

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant at LoNMG Executive Search & Consulting you will be responsible for;

• Identifying and forming relationships with clients understanding their business, culture, and specific hiring needs.
• Developing and releasing job postings on various social media platforms and job boards
• Utilizing knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative recruiting strategies to find quality candidates and prospects for new business
• Screening resumes and prospects, qualify, interview, and manage candidates throughout the interview process from interviews preparations to assisting with final offer negotiations
• Maintain a database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects, hired and fired employees, and other candidate relationships
• Follow up with clients on interview process status and update records on internal database
• Build mutually beneficial relationships with clients and candidates and work as part of a passionate team to maximise LoNMG’s commercial performance.
• The Successful Applicant must have the below skills and experience;
• Experience in recruitment or sales is highly regarded
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
• English, Arabic and Hindu speaking will be advantageous
• Familiarity with job boards, HR software, databases, and management systems
• A natural drive to succeed in personal goals and writing own cheque
• A team player who can celebrate the success of the team and take constructive criticism
• The ability to build relationships with different personalities
• The ability to handle adversity and rejection
