Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Senior Quantity Surveyor. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to Quantity Surveying & Contract Management. This includes cost control, preparing BOQs (Bills of Quantities), cost management, cost planning, and cost reporting. The role is located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Qualifications
- Excellent knowledge and experience (13-15 years)in cost control, cost management, and cost planning
- Proficient in preparing accurate BOQs (Bills of Quantities)
- Strong skills in cost reporting and analysis
- Ability to effectively manage project budgets and expenditures
- Attention to detail and accuracy in quantity surveying calculations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in relevant quantity surveying software
- Relevant certification and/or degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field
- Prior experience in the construction industry is highly desirable
