Hiring Senior Quantity Surveyor Vacancy

Location: Dubai

Requirements:

• Immediate availability to join.
• 5 – 10 years of experience in Building/Villa projects in the UAE.
• Strong understanding of Conditions of Contracts (FIDIC 1987/1999).
• Good experience with variations, Interim Payment Applications (IPA)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
