Description:

Hiring Senior Quantity Surveyor

Location:

Sharjah and Dubai

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute quantity take-offs and prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) using the Standard Method of Measurements (POMI, SMM7, CESMM3, NRM)
• Source and secure quotations from suppliers and subcontractors
• Develop comparison tables for major construction materials and packages
• Prepare and manage variation claims
• Handle tendering submissions
• Exhibit familiarity with FIDIC contracts and their applications
• Fulfill additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum of 7 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor, working in the UAE
• Proficiency in handling tender submissions
• Proficiency in preparing variation claims
• Demonstrated familiarity with FIDIC contracts
• Capability to obtain and compare quotations for major construction materials and packages
• Proficiency in the usage of various Standard Methods of Measurements
• Hold a valid UAE driving license (preferable)
• Proficiency in Arabic (preferable)
