Description:

We are hiring for a Senior Quantity Surveyor (Civil).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
• Professional qualification such as RICS or equivalent.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in oil and gas construction projects.
• Experience in contract management and negotiation.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review cost estimates for civil oil and gas construction projects.
• Conduct quantity take-offs and prepare bills of quantities.
• Evaluate and negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Monitor project costs and provide regular updates to the project team.
• Prepare and submit progress payment claims to clients.
• Assist in the preparation of tender documents and participate in the tender evaluation process.
• Conduct cost analysis and value engineering exercises to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Provide support during project audits and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
• Participate in project meetings and liaise with stakeholders to resolve any cost-related issues.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide innovative cost management solutions.

Work Location: Site-based in the UAE (Abu Dhabi).
