Senior QA and Software Tester required

We are looking for a talented and dedicated Software Tester to join our development team. If you have a passion for ensuring the reliability and functionality of software products, this is an excellent opportunity to contribute your expertise and make a difference.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts
• Conduct black and white box testing, unit testing, integration testing, performance testing, UI testing, and security testing to identify and report software defects and anomalies
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers and project stakeholders, to ensure effective communication and testing processes
• Document and communicate test results, including defects, issues, and improvement suggestions
• Participate in the overall quality assurance and software development lifecycle activities

Requirements:

• At least 5 years’ experience in QA and software testing area.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Proven experience in software testing, preferably in Software development
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
• Proficiency in testing techniques, such as black and white box testing, unit testing, integration testing, performance testing, UI testing, and security testing
• Experience with test management and defect tracking tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Experience with test automation tools, such as Selenium, Sonar Cube or Appium
• Familiarity with programming languages (PHP, NodeJS, Python) and scripting
• Aware of how to test mobile applications
• ISTQB or other relevant certifications
• Excellent in English speaking and Writing
• Do you have at least five years of experience in software testing and QA?”
• Do you know  PHP, NodeJS, NextJS, and React?”
• Do you know Arabic?
