We are seeking for a experienced Property Developer for our Dubai based leading property development firm dedicated to delivering high-quality residential building projects. Our mission is to create innovative and sustainable living spaces that meet the needs of our clients and enhance the communities we serve.

Role Overview:
Highly skilled and experienced Senior Property Developer to oversee the successful implementation of our residential building projects from inception to completion. This is a critical leadership role responsible for ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire development process, from the concept of delivery and handover.
- Identify and secure suitable plots for the development.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, timelines, and projections, ensuring timely updates and adjustments as necessary (entire life cycle)
- Conduct land feasibility studies to assess project viability.
- Lead the design and planning of residential projects.
- Collaborate closely with the contracting team to achieve desired outcomes.
- Ensure effective commercial and project management throughout the project lifecycle.
- Engage and manage all necessary stakeholders, including architects, engineers, designers, and contractors.
- Ensure projects comply with all regulatory and quality standards.
- Drive the execution of property designs and ensure alignment with company objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, preferably in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Interior Design.
- A minimum of 5+ years of experience in property development, with a strong background in architecture, civil engineering, and interior design.
- Proven track record of managing residential building projects from start to finish.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
