We are recruiting an experienced Project Manager that must have Mechanical / Electrical / Landscape / softscape experience in water feature and swimming pools.
Please note we are NOT looking for Project Managers working on Towers, Shopping Malls and mega projects. You must be working for a Landscaper, on Swimming pools and water features only.
This role is to manage Landscape/ waterscape & electro-mechanical works for high-profile clients and 5-star hotels in Dubai and if you do not have work experience in the same field, please do not apply.
You must hold a degree in BE Mechanical and/or Electrical with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the construction and maintenance of swimming pools & Water features (civil and electro-mechanical works) for high-end clients.
Requirements
- Candidates must be a Graduate in Mechanical/Elect Engg.
- Minimum 10 to 13 years of experience in Construction and maintenance of Softscape areas, Swimming pools, Pump rooms & Water Features ( civil works + Irrigation Works + MEP Works) for high-profile clients and five-star hotels in UAE with a valid UAE driving license.
- Candidates must have project management skills, able to handle the division, planning, and monitoring of the progress with regular program updates, costing, and budget monitoring essential.
