Hiring Senior Project Manager (Interior Fit-Out)

ARCO Interiors L.L.C. is looking for a Senior Project Manager with Fit Out experience to join our team in Dubai.

Roles at this level will lead reasonably complex projects, manage project stakeholders and provide leadership to the project team. Senior Project Managers are responsible for delivering their scope of work in line with budgetary, compliance, regulatory, and planning controls and require deep technical knowledge and broad business experience.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for establishing project delivery plans and appropriate control mechanisms to assure effective delivery of the project.
• Responsible for leading the project team and performance management of the ARCO interiors team.
• Oversee and manage an agreed scope of work of a consultant team and/or contractors.
• Use your own knowledge and experience of industry best practices to review and manage project processes and policies, providing insightful recommendations that support senior management to improve processes and systems.
• Interact effectively and proactively across the organization, seeking to develop ways to support collaboration and ensure projects can be delivered to meet customer expectations.
• Advise senior management on progress and issues relating to own project, providing subject matter advice in order to support successful delivery in line with project objectives and strategies.
• Present any business project risks or issues to senior managers (with proposed mitigation) to ensure the project is not adversely impacted and ensure the delivery of projects to compliant standards.
• Liaise and collaborate with clients and stakeholders in order to ensure all parties are informed and aware of project progress and expectations.

Skills, experience & qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• A minimum of 15 years of experience in project management, with a focus on interior fit-out projects, Experience in the UAE construction market is a must.
• Project management professional certification or accreditation “preferred”
• Previous experience leading Fit Out projects
• Knowledge of industry best practices.
• Commercial acumen and the ability to manage relationships with external stakeholders.
