Hiring Senior Performance Marketing Specialist

Senior Performance Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and delivering a range of performance marketing products, creating & delivering performance marketing strategies, campaign reporting and analysis.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage all paid social media campaigns on platforms like Google, Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, and LinkedIn from A to Zto drive engagement, lead generation, and brand awareness.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyze data, and provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve campaign performance.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and provide stakeholders with clear and concise updates on campaign progress and return on investment.
  • Build the strategy with the team and manage internal stakeholders such as designers’ copywriters and interface with product as well.
  • Managing stakeholders from Marketing, Sales, and Product/Engineering
  • Controlling and deciding allocation of a monthly 6-figures budget.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, or related field
  • 4+ experience in performance media planning and execution.
  • Experience in managing digital advertising campaigns with a high budget.
  • Ability to work remotely and with web products, optimizing acquisition for conversions/revenue.
  • Experience with web analytics and online marketing
  • Excellent in Arabic & English
  • Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively present campaign strategies, performance reports, and insights to stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.
  • Proficiency in campaign tracking and analytics tools, such as Google Analytics and data visualization platforms.
