Description:
Scarlett Poppies is looking for a Senior Merchandiser, to be based at our head quarter in Dubai, full time.
We take for granted that you are passionate about the product, you have excellent time management and communication skills – and not least a positive mindset; always finding solutions and moving forward.
This role includes but is not limited to:
- Handling all proto samples, SMS and order-related samples and documentation.
- Assisting designers in all admin work around collections.
- Handling price quotations.
- Create and update fit logs.
- In charge of sampling and production T&A’s and on-time deliveries.
- Preps for photo shoot and assisting at photo shoots.
- Admin work such as order confirmation, packing lists, payments etc.
Requirements:
- Should have previous working experience from clothing buying side, min 2-3 years. Previous merchandiser experience from factory is an added plus point.
- Preferred designer background with focus on ladies wear, embroideries, and elevated styles.
- Good fabric knowledge.
- Be based in Dubai.
- Excellent English and communication skills.
- Be familiar with sample processes and fit logs.
- Open mindset to do whatever work it takes to get things done.
- Excellent time management and planning skills.
- Result orientated.
- Effective communication.
- Flexibility in working hours when the workload requires to.
