Senior Material & Corrosion Engineer
Salary: AED 15,000

Rotation: 28/28
Candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Chemical /Materials Engineering .With more than 8 years of experience in Oil & Gas Projects.
Provides subject matter technical assistance to field operations and maintenance personnel in matters regarding cathodic protection, protective coatings, material selection, corrosion inhibitors & biocides, corrosion data management, construction techniques, and testing procedures for the prevention and control of corrosion. Validate corrosion controls, corrosion loops and corrosion damage mechanisms frequently. Develop and transfer knowledge about use of coating, CP, corrosion inhibitors and other corrosion controls and best practices.
Candidates must have a strong knowledge of the international standards and codes NACE, ASME, API and ASTM especially inspection and corrosion standards such as API-571, API-580, API-570 and API-510. And also you should hold a valid NACE Specialist Certification or NACE Senior Corrosion Technologist or combination of NACE Corrosion Technologist, API-571 and NACE CP level II.
