Hiring Senior Manager Performance Management
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Salary: To be discussed during the interview
- Assess and analyses the performance of Company group’s EPM framework (efficiency and effectiveness of the framework) and develop recommendations/proposals for the improvement of the EPM framework.
- Lead and execute initiatives to improve EPM framework. This includes but is not limited to:
- Strategic performance management frameworks, processes, mechanisms and/or tools, to ensure focus, clarity, and alignment within the organization consistent with the Group’s strategy.
- Business planning frameworks, processes, mechanisms and/or tools to ensure the Group’s efficiently and effectively develops, resources, communicates, and assigns accountability for its business plan.
- Initiatives to streamline, facilitate, and/or automate the management, measurement, and reporting of business performance data.
- Controlled documents that set out and institutionalize an effective, uniform the Group’s approach to performance measurement, including the development of effective KPIs, target setting, documentation of KPI definitions, calculation methods and measures to ensure data integrity in reporting.
- Provide facilitation and advisory support to departments and support the Corporate Performance Manager in leading the performance management function for the Company.
- Develop, review and update the Performance Management Processes as required and ensure that adequate systems are in place to monitor performance at all levels.
- Collaborate with Department Managers to ensure that objectives are effectively cascaded down
- Provide advice to business and support units as required on performance issues.
- Work with department managers and others to develop an understanding of the dynamic relationships between different aspects of performance e.g. activity, workforce, finance, to enable more effective performance management.
Qualifications Required:
- 10+ years’ relevant experience.
- Preferred EX-Big 4 employees
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
- Master Degree in relevant field is an added value.
- Certification in Performance Management is an advantage.
