Hiring Senior Logistics Coordinator

Location: Dubai Airport Freezone (DAFZA)

Industry: Leading Freight Forwarding Company

Key Responsibilities:

• Logistics Planning & Coordination: Oversee logistics forecasts, schedules, and urgent operational needs.
• Shipping & Customs Documents: Prepare, verify, and handle shipping documentation (invoices, delivery advice, transfer letters) and customs clearance via Dubai Trade.
• Documentation Management: Maintain organized and efficient filing systems for easy document retrieval.
• Client & Management Liaison: Communicate with clients, consolidators, and senior management. Support day-to-day logistics operations.
• Reporting: Prepare and present logistics performance reports for upper management.
• Team Support: Assist in developing logistics policies and procedures.

What we’re Looking For:

• Experience in logistics or freight forwarding, with expertise in UAE customs processes.
• Familiarity with the Dubai Trade portal (import/export).
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
