We’re Hiring: Senior Logistics Coordinator at a leading freight forwarding company

• Location: Dubai Airport Freezone (DAFZA)
• We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to manage logistics operations and ensure smooth delivery processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Logistics Planning & Coordination: Manage logistics forecasts, schedules, and urgent operational needs.
• Shipping & Customs Documents: Prepare, verify, and handle all shipping documentation (invoices, delivery advices, transfer letters) and customs clearance via Dubai Trade.
• Documentation Management: Organize and maintain an efficient filing system for easy document retrieval.
• Client & Management Liaison: Communicate with clients, consolidators, and senior management. Support daily logistics operations.
• Reporting: Prepare and present logistics reports for upper management.
• Team Support: Help develop logistics policies and procedures.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in logistics or freight forwarding, with a solid understanding of UAE customs processes.
• Familiarity with the Dubai Trade portal (import/export).
• Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
