Senior IT recruiter required
Location: Dubai, UAE
- Manage the recruitment process end-to-end, providing support and delivering a superior experience for all candidates progressing through the hiring process, including extending and closing offers, candidate onboarding and all PRO related activities
- Partner with key stakeholders in assigned business areas to source, select, and hire qualified candidates at a variety of levels
- Leverage creative tactics and a variety of sources (including LinkedIn and other social media, talent referrals, direct applicants, recruitment agencies, etc.) to deliver top talent to fill open positions across your designated territory
- Develop a direct sourcing strategy to build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
- Deploy the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) at a local level in line with global guidelines to increase brand awareness in the local job market and position.
- Forecasting recruitment budgets.
- Prepare and post jobs on Social Media/LinkedIn/websites.
- Reports on hiring progress weekly and monthly.
- Handling the employee onboarding process and all PRO related tasks/activities
Required work experience/Qualifications/Certification:
- Masters or Bachelor’s degree in IT with Human resources as an add on qualification.
- Strong hands-on IT recruitment work experience of at least three (3) years with Masters IT, or Five (5) years with Bachelor’s IT degree experience either in agency or in-house.
- Direct sourcing experience, including the use of LinkedIn Recruiter and other social media platforms is key
- Working knowledge of interview techniques/assessment centres and applicant screening methods.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking/ CRM Systems (e.g. Workday, Taleo, SuccessFactors etc.) is essential.
- Strong Communication Skills in English(mandatory) and Arabic(desired)
