Description:

Hiring for Senior Interior Designer – (SID – 311) with solid experience which is required to be a team lead.

• Conceptualize and create innovative retail concept and experience within the guidelines of client brief
• Participate in presentation meeting with client and consultant
• Develop Material schedule, layout plan , isometric section, elevation, and details from a BIM Model for a project of all sized and technical complexities
• Work closely with BIM manager and Principle Designer to Develop the required Drawing packages
• Model and collaborate within a building technology program team using Revit/ BIM Standard
• Create and Maintain Revit Templates, Material libraries, 2D and 3D Families
• Utilize visualization, graphics and presentation skills to effectively communicate to project Design
• Provide Design support and documentation throughout the design phase of the project’
• Have sufficient knowledge and understanding to design workflow
• Demonstrate enthusiasm, accuracy confidence in their work
• Be reliable able to follow, through and complete task, under the deadlines and prepare to go extra mile
• Degree in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent
• Proven Work Experience in an Interior design / architectural practice
• Technical skills must include Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Sketch up and various 3d modelling software programs
• The candidate should be Min. 7 years’ experience in the same field.
• Revit Experience is a must.
