Role description:

• Intel Space Building contracting is seeking a Senior Interior Designer with 10 years of work experience to join our dynamic team of creatives.
• The candidate must be highly experienced with high-end residential interiors, passionate, and a creative problem-solver.
• The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, can balance multiple project commitments, handle projects in various sectors, and keep up with deadlines and milestones.
• Handle many projects at one time with extremely efficient time management
• Ensure all deadlines are met, following up with and managing the production team as necessary
• Be punctual for office timing , understand everything that will be required for meetings and be well prepared without requiring prompting and guidance from upper management
• Ensure emails are responded to and actioned in appropriate time frames
• Understand when to delegate and do so effectively, oversee production, and take responsibility for quality of work produced.
• Must be a team leader and be able to supervise the team member’s jobs.
• Must have an excellent knowledge of material and good database from local and international suppliers.
• The candidate must have degree in Interior design or Architecture.
• The candidate must be fluent in English. Any other languages (especially Arabic) are bones.
• The candidate must have in depth knowledge of related computer softwires; Auto CAD, REVIT, sketch up, Photoshop etc.
