Description:
We are currently hiring a Senior Interior Design Drafter on behalf of one of our clients, a well-established and leading real estate developer in the UAE. This role is ideal for experienced professionals who have strong technical expertise and hands-on involvement in high-rise residential and commercial developments.
The selected candidate will be responsible for producing detailed interior fit-out drawings while coordinating closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure accuracy and design consistency.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Minimum of five years of proven experience in interior design drafting
- Strong hands-on exposure to high-rise residential and commercial projects
- Ability to prepare complete and detailed interior fit-out technical drawing packages
- Effective coordination with Architectural, Structural, and MEP drawings and teams
- High proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory
- Knowledge of Revit or BIM tools will be considered an added advantage
- Ability to work independently with excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Fluency in both Tagalog and English is required
