Location: Abu Dhabi
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Experience: Minimum 10 years in HVAC design engineering within the oil & gas sector.
Job Description:
We’re hiring a skilled and experienced Senior HVAC Design Engineer to join our dynamic team! If you have a strong background in HVAC design for oil & gas projects and are familiar with international standards and specifications, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- HVAC system design (DX & chilled water systems)
- Heat load calculations, duct & pipe sizing, pressure drop, ventilation analysis using tools like Carrier HAP
- Review and prepare HVAC deliverables and vendor documents
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and support site construction/commissioning when needed.
- Requirements:
- Extensive experience in oil & gas sector; construction site exposure is a plus
- Strong knowledge of ARAMCO/A DNOC procedures
- Familiar with codes & standards: SOLAS, SHELL DEPs, BS, NFPA, ASHRAE, AMCA, AHRI, IEC, ISA, SMACNA
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
