Hiring Senior Human Resources Executive

Location: Sharjah, UAE

We are a dynamic and expanding organization with a diverse portfolio spanning the UAE and GCC regions. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HR Executive to lead and manage HR functions across our UAE and GCC branches.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process UAE & GCC.
  • On-Boarding and Training: Facilitate new staff onboarding and orientation and organize both soft skills and functional training within the organization.
  • ESS & MSS Management: Manage employee attendance, leave requests, and payroll processing, ensuring compliance with MoHRE WPS regulations.
  • Employee Relations: Address and resolve employee concerns and conflicts.
  • HR Policy Creation and Implementation: Develop, update and enforce HR policies and guidelines.
  • Employee Engagement: Plan and execute annual employee engagement activities in collaboration with the team.
  • HRMS Management: Maintain the employee master file, monitor SharePoint and evaluate HRMS performance.
  • Labour Law Compliance: Ensure adherence to local labor laws, including employment of national workers, visa quota applications and other recruitment regulations.
  • Health Insurance: Manage health insurance enrollments, renewals and comparisons of premiums and terms of business.
  • License Renewal: Oversee the validity and renewal of Trade Licenses, Establishment Cards and PRO Cards.
  • Office and Accommodation: Track lease contracts, initiate renewals, budget requests and contract attestations.
  • Coordination with QSHE Officer: Manage accommodation repairs and coordinate health and safety issues.
  • ISO Representative: Act as the Management Representative for ISO Certification application and compliance.
  • Management Reporting: Provide regular HR and Admin updates to top management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or MBA in Human Resources or related field. HR Certification (SHRM or CIPD) preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Senior HR Executive/Assistant Manager HR in the UAE.
  • Availability to join within 1 month.
  • Proficiency in Hindi, Urdu and basic Arabic, fluent in English.
  • Valid UAE Driving License
