Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention strategies.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
- Manage payroll, benefits, and compensation structures.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to enhance workplace culture.
- Handle employee relations, grievance management, and conflict resolution.
- Support training and development programs for staff growth.
- Work closely with department heads to align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR reporting.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing, joinery, or construction.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
- Experience in payroll, recruitment, and employee relations.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
