Secure Armoured Company LLC, is a dynamic and growing Automotive Armouring company with a commitment to excellence in all aspects of our business. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Senior Finance Manager to join our finance team.

The Senior Finance Manager will oversee all financial aspects of our company and drive the company’s financial strategy and planning. You will be responsible for assessing the financial performance of the company as well as possible risks and investments. The ideal candidate will be an excellent leader since all relative departments of the organization will be under their command.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies, plans, and budgets to support the company’s objectives.
• Oversee financial operations including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Analyze and interpret financial data to provide insights and recommendations for business growth and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and standards.
• Manage relationships with auditors, banks, and other financial institutions.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to enhance their skills and performance.
• Monitor and manage cash flow, investments, and financial risk.
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Evaluate and improve financial processes and controls to increase efficiency and accuracy

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. An MBA or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is highly desirable.
• Minimum of 5-10 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a senior management role.
• Strong knowledge of financial principles, regulations, and best practices.
• Proficiency in financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in financial software and systems.
