Hiring Senior Finance Manager

The successful candidate will lead our financial planning, forecasting, analysis, budgeting, costing, and reporting activities on both manufacturing operations in Gulf Inject LLC (JAFZA, Dubai) and Well Pharma Medical Solutions LLC (Abu Dhabi). The role will also manage the accounting processes for our operations, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all accounting transactions.

• The candidate must be experienced in developing and implementing financial policies and procedures that comply with regulatory requirements. The candidate is also expected to be a seasoned manager and mentor to be able to guide and professionally develop his teams.
• This is an exciting opportunity for a person with the following qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field;
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial planning, forecasting, costing, analysis, and reporting
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a pharma-manufacturing operations is a must.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
