Job Description:
We seek an experienced Senior Facilities Engineer to manage and optimize various projects and operations, including maintenance, soft services, security services, and fit-out works.
Responsibilities:
- Manage facilities and projects, ensuring optimal operations.
- Prepare material requisitions and quotations.
- Maintain client relationships and analyze their requirements.
- Conduct site visits and inspections.
- Handle petty cash and financial transactions.
- Prepare preventive maintenance plans.
- Market and generate new business opportunities.
- Oversee MEP, Civil, Soft, and Security Services.
- Monitor performance of engineers, technicians, and subcontractors.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from a reputed university.
- 8+ years of experience in the UAE FM industry.
- UAE Driving License, SOE Card, and MOE equivalency certificate.
- Strong project management and client relationship skills.
- Experience in preventive maintenance planning and implementation.
