Senior Executive Fleet Personnel

Location: Dubai

 Job responsibilities:

• Checking of all documents as per STCW / IMO requirements to enable to join the vessel 
• Making Flag state endorsement / Seaman book for onboard Officers / crew as per vessel 
• Making all arrangement for crew members smooth joining / sign off 
• Country visa where the crew changes is taking place / Local Agency & Transportation
• Flight arrangement & hotel bookings as per the vessel schedule
• Supply of Safety Gears for joining crew members
• Updating all details of crew joining and all related expenses in DANAOS program
• Arranging for Training courses for Office staff & Ship crew if required
• Arranging of Medical equipment / medicines for all vessels as per requirements
• Updating & retaining all records of onboard crew and crew who have signed off

Professional Qualification:

• Graduate with experience in Crew Management/ Department
