They are seeking an accomplished, highly skilled, and proactive Executive Assistant to provide exceptional support to their Chief Executive Officer, and on a lighter basis to their Chief People Officer. As a pivotal member of their rapidly growing company, you will play a crucial role in influencing the success of the organization. This role requires someone who excels in intricate planning, overseeing complex logistics, has event planning instincts, and expresses extremely strong written and oral communication skills.
Your overall impact:
- Create communication documents for internal and external use.
- Partner with the CEO and other executives to support special projects and requests.
- Reduce the administrative burden on executives by performing core tasks including calendar, travel, event coordination, expenses, and meeting planning.
- Improve executive and team performance by making suggestions to improve processes, time management, prioritization, delegation, and organization.
- Coordinate meetings and large events, both internally and externally (including with the company’s Board of Directors and investors).
- Act as the point of contact with internal/external stakeholders as an important ambassador of the company.
- Travel to local and remote meeting sites and personally direct activities at special functions; have responsibilities for coordinating major communication events

Qualifications:
- A minimum of 7-10 years of executive-level support experience, demonstrating mastery in managing complex responsibilities.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage details meticulously.
- High integrity with a strong respect for confidentiality and discretion.
- Outstanding interpersonal communication skills across various mediums (in-person, email, Zoom, and phone).
- Autonomous and self-motivated, capable of executing tasks with minimal oversight.
- Positive, proactive attitude with a passion for supporting executive leadership and contributing to organizational success.
- Experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment coupled with a commitment to company values
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience supporting a CEO of either a later stage private or a public company as well as managing public company Board needs.
- Expertise in event and meeting planning.
- Proven experience supporting multiple executives, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
- Proficiency in G Suite and MS Office, with advanced skills in tools like GMail, GCalendar, Drive, and Slack.
- Familiarity with Workday or similar travel/expense management systems.

Base Compensation Ranges: $142,324 – $177,900*, Colorado Base Compensation Ranges: $136,136 – $170,200*
