Demind Firma Management is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Events Manager to join our dynamic team in Dubai. If you have a passion for event management and a proven track record in delivering large-scale, impactful events, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end event planning, from project design to execution, including risk assessments and timelines.
• Manage logistics, vendor negotiations, P&L, and budget tracking.
• Oversee high-budget events (6-figure budgets), ensuring seamless coordination across multiple departments (finance, creative, technical, staging, sound, lighting, etc.).
• Develop progress reports and ensure compliance with all contractual obligations (release/permission documents, HSE).
• Inspire and guide cross-functional teams to ensure flawless event execution.
• Tackle challenges with creative solutions and anticipate potential roadblocks.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience as a Senior Project Manager or in a similar senior events role.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Communications, PR, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience with large-scale events and substantial budgets.
• Exceptional organizational skills, multitasking abilities, and leadership experience.
• Proficient with Google Drive, Google Sheets, Docs, and Microsoft Office.
• A self-starter who excels both independently and in a team environment.

Additional Requirements:

• Freelance position with potential for long-term extension.
• Valid UAE working visa and driver’s license required.
• Car ownership preferred.
