Senior Estimator
To carry out the daily valuations and cost estimate of work in progress, tender invitations piling works, preparing tenders and contract documents including bills of quantities, take-off quantities as instructed by the Senior Management, prepare and monitor project cash flow forecasts, negotiate and prepare contract variations claims the extra cost of the design, Value engineering, Procurement advice and assistance during the tendering procedures.
Candidates should have 5 to 8 years’ experience in a Contracting Company in the UAE or the Gulf region, excellent interpersonal skills and outstanding communication in both written and English is a must.
Civil Engineering or Chartered Quantity Surveyor would be an advantage.
