Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil / Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 8-10 years’ experience as a Estimation & Procurement Engineer (Senior Level) in CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY
• Knowledge in Contracts, Purchase, ERP, Quantity, Rate Market, Contractual Documentation (Proficiency is Mandatory)
• Subcontract agreement, scope analysis to handle, assets purchase, labor supplies hire agreement, labor sub contract, LPO, Purchase & Sub Contract, Inquiries, Negotiable – Civil , Steel, Formwork, Material Selection, Finishing Etc.
