Looking for Senior ERP Financial Consultant, Location: UAE, Contractual Role

Senior functional consultant with 10+ experience in Oracle ERP R12/11i and 15+ in general. Must have hands on experience in minimum two implementation of each modules listed below:

• General Ledger
• Multi-Currency and Consolidation Ledger
• Account Receivable
• Cash & Treasury Management
• Fixed Asset
• Oracle Projects – Billing and Costing
• Accounts Payable
• Order Management
• Inventory Management
• Must have hands on experience in Oracle ERP standard interfaces.
• Must have knowledge of Integrating with external systems like CRM, Billing, DMS etc.
• Must have basic hands on knowledge of PL/SQL, Discoverer, Data loader, BSC, ADI, TOAD etc. Must be fluent MS office suite applications like Outlook, Word, Excel, PPT, Project and Visio.
• Must have experience in writing functional and technical specifications.
• Must have knowledge to follow Oracle standard implementation methodology.
• Must have knowledge of data migration cycle like extraction, transformation and load.
• Must have knowledge of post-production support and operations to maintain SLA.
• Must have understanding to comprehend financial reports like balance sheet, income statements, operating statement, cash flow, accruals, trial balance, assets register etc.
• Must have knowledge of management and statuary reporting including disclosures.
• Must have knowledge of IFRS or GAAP accounting practices and processes.
• Must have sound knowledge of UAE taxation and duties. Guiding business stakeholders with best practices through tools and technology.
• Collaborating business units to achieve strategic project goals.
• Must have excellent communication skills to impart training to business users.
• Must be aware of basic project management processes and practices.
• Must be a team player to guide and motivate people from technical/business teams.
• Minimum qualification is Masters in commerce, CA/CFA is preferred.
