We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Real Estate Development Manager to join a prestigious property developer. The individual hired will be responsible for managing multiple, medium to large scale, development projects from inception to successful completion.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Urban Planning or Engineering
• RICS Accreditation or international equivalent
• A portfolio of large-scale mixed-use, hospitality, or residential developments
• UAE experience in feasibility planning and the master community environment
