Senior Contracts Manager

Experience: Minimum 20 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Legal Expertise in Construction: Profound knowledge of Dubai construction laws and regulations. Stay updated with the latest policies and amendments in the construction sector of Dubai.
• Contract Negotiation and Management: Expertise in negotiating, drafting, and reviewing construction contracts. Ensure compliance with legal standards and mitigate risks.
• Dispute Resolution: Handle contract-related disputes efficiently. Skilled in arbitration, mediation, and other dispute resolution mechanisms.
• Risk Management: Identify potential legal issues in contracts and take proactive measures to prevent legal disputes.
• Policy Implementation: Implement and monitor adherence to construction policies and procedures in alignment with Dubai law.
• Stakeholder Management: Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and government authorities to ensure smooth execution of contracts.
• Training and Development: Conduct training sessions for the team on Dubai construction laws and contract management.
• Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records and reports related to contracts and legal compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Additional certification in contract management or construction law is preferred.

Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficient in legal research and understanding complex legal documents.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and Arabic is advantageous.
